Ways you can give

Ways you can give

We welcome your contribution to our nonprofit assisted living community. As healthcare costs escalate, your support is critical to our maintaining the highest level of care for our residents. Philanthropic donations of all sizes ensure that we are able to provide superior care to those less fortunate – today, and in the future.

Here are some of the ways you can make a tax-deductible donation. You may also discuss your ideas with Grace Ferri, Vice President of Development, at 914-632-2804, x1190.

Planned Giving

Planned giving means that you may provide for a future gift to Willow Towers through your financial and estate plans, which may offer you significant benefits, including financial and tax benefits for you and your family. Options include bequests, revocable trusts, gift annuities, charitable trusts, life insurance, real estate, and more. By making a planned gift, you can directly benefit the residents of United Hebrew’s campus, and create a legacy for the future.

Matching gifts

Corporate matching gift programs can double or even triple the value of your donation to Willow Towers. Check with your employer to see if they offer a matching gift program.

Gifts in kind

In addition to financial donations, we welcome your gifts-in-kind to our residents. These may include recreational items such as games or music players, or tickets and silent auction items for our gala dinner dance or golf outing.

Restricted gifts

You may wish to designate your gift to a specific program or service at Willow Towers. We’re happy to discuss options. You may also review our giving opportunities. [hyperlink to giving opportunities]

Special events

Our special events help raise funds for the care and support we provide to our residents and their families across our entire campus of comprehensive care. You or your company may choose to sponsor an event, purchase tickets or a table at our annual summer golf tournament or gala fall dinner dance.

Creative Ways of Giving

Throughout the year, companies, community groups, and individuals organize successful fundraising events to benefit Willow Towers. From traditional events, such as a bake sales, golf tournaments, car washes, and loose change drives, to virtual fundraisers via online or social media campaigns—or something different altogether—these efforts help bring in donations of all sizes to benefit our residents. They also serve a valuable purpose in that they introduce our campus to new friends, and bring joy to the residents we serve.

Please contact Grace Ferri, Vice President of Development, at (914) 632-2804, x1190 to discuss your ideas.

“I view my support of United Hebrew as rewarding, important work. The services provided on campus are a lifeline for the elderly, a population that is often overlooked.”
